Charles Boyer, Ph.D. and Sandra Witte, Ph.D.
Sandra Witte and Charles Boyer have over 50 years of combined experience in academic positions and have served in many academic and professional leadership roles. They will share how these experiences have lead to lessons and simple truths that have shaped their leadership styles.

Andrew Hoff, Ph.D.
Andrew Hoff is the Associate Dean of the College of Health and Human Services.  He served as Program Coordinator in Recreation Administration and Leisure Studies from 1993 to 1999.  From 1999 to spring 2005 he served as Associate Dean in CHHS before being assigned by then Provost Echeverria as the Interim Dean of the College of Engineering.  He returned to CHHS in August of 2007.  With Janine Raymond and Bob Boyd, he established and coordinated the Life+Work+Links program that is now known as Wellness at Work.  He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Fresno State and his Ph.D. from the University of Utah.
